I am the first person in the world trained in Human Integration, and I have spent fifteen years inside high performance — as a professional athlete, a business owner, and now as the practitioner other practitioners come to when their own system breaks down.

The Jungle wasn't created as a brand. It was built as a response to something that wasn't working anymore — in my own life, and in the lives of the people I kept watching burn out despite doing everything right.

High-performing. Disciplined. Driven. And paying the price.

For years, I was successful on the outside. I trained hard as a professional fighter. I worked relentlessly in my marketing company and through a constant stream of side projects I never stopped creating. I pushed my body and nervous system far beyond what was sustainable.

And every few months, I would burn out. Collapse. Recover just enough. Push again.

My health suffered. My relationships were strained. My capacity to actually enjoy the life I was building kept shrinking. I didn't lack information. I lacked a system that could actually hold the life I was living.

The problem wasn't effort. It was that my nervous system was living in survival, and my body was paying the price.

No amount of coaching, therapy, or biohacking works if the system underneath is overloaded.

I tried the usual paths. More training. More discipline. More optimisation. More talking. More fixing. None of it addressed the real issue.

That insight changed everything. The Jungle is built on the understanding that health, relationships, leadership, and longevity are not separate domains. They are expressions of the same internal system.

When that system is regulated, coherent, and supported, health stabilises. Energy becomes consistent. Relationships repair. Leadership strengthens. Life regains depth and meaning.

I understand high performance from the inside. The pressure. The pace. The responsibility.

I am the first person in the world to be trained in Human Integration, with over 500 hours of direct training and application. Not in theory, but in real lives, real bodies, real relationships, and real businesses.

Before The Jungle existed, I spent over a decade building and running a successful marketing company, coaching hundreds of business owners in growth, leadership, and mindset.

I've lived the extremes of the health spectrum. Twelve years as a starved, overtrained athlete. A rebound that added over thirty kilos. A body that stopped responding to force.

What changed everything wasn't discipline. It was learning how to work with hormones, food, fasting, the nervous system, and the emotional body instead of fighting them.

I lost twenty-five kilos by restoring internal balance, not by punishing my body. That experience is why I now teach food and fasting in a way that supports health, longevity, and sanity — not obsession.

As my internal system stabilised, everything else followed. I healed thyroid dysfunction, gut issues, and long-standing knee injuries — not by forcing protocols, but by finding my truth and executing on it.

This work didn't just improve my relationship. It taught me how to be in one without abandoning myself.

Opening to receiving allowed me to build the relationship I have now with Degen. He has done the work himself, gone through the program, and trained as a Human Integration Practitioner. What that has meant for our polarity, our dynamic, our intimacy, and our success as individuals and as a couple is profound.

One of the most meaningful changes has been my relationship with my dad. After thirty-three years of hard battles, we've repaired something I once thought was impossible. He is now one of my greatest supporters. That kind of change only happens when the work is real.

This is why people who have tried everything often find traction here.

The Jungle is not coaching. It's not traditional therapy. And it's not symptom-focused medicine. It is precise, embodied work that helps people restore internal safety, capacity, and coherence so real change can occur.

Not because they weren't trying hard enough before. But because they were working at the wrong level.

The Jungle exists because I refused to accept burnout, disconnection, and declining health as the price of success. And I won't ask you to accept it either.
