The Jungle community involves personal transformation work. Members may choose to share sensitive information including health details, trauma experiences, and personal struggles. This information is treated with the highest level of care and confidentiality.

We only collect sensitive information that you voluntarily provide. We will never share, sell, or use this information for any purpose other than delivering the services you have subscribed to.

3. How we use your information

We use your personal information to:

  • Provide access to The Jungle app, community, and group integration calls
  • Process your subscription payments
  • Communicate with you about your membership and upcoming sessions
  • Improve and develop our services
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your personal information for advertising purposes or share it with third-party advertisers.

4. Community content and confidentiality

The Jungle is a private community. Content shared within the community is intended solely for members. By joining, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of what other members share. You must not screenshot, share, or distribute any content posted by other members without their explicit consent.

While we take reasonable steps to ensure community privacy, we cannot guarantee the confidentiality of content posted in a shared digital environment. Please share only what you are comfortable with in a private group setting.

5. Disclosure of your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who assist us in operating the platform (including GoHighLevel, our platform provider)
  • Payment processors for billing purposes
  • Legal authorities where required by law

Any third-party service providers are required to handle your information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Your information is stored securely using industry-standard measures. Our platform provider stores data on servers which may be located outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is protected regardless of where it is stored.

In the event of a data breach that is likely to cause serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

Community content you have posted may remain visible to other members unless you request its removal.

The Jungle is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
